Conduct commitments
Coaches agree to honest representation of credentials, written agreements before coaching begins, respect for the pastor’s ownership of goals, clear limits of confidentiality, disclosure of conflicts of interest, and referral to other professionals when a need falls outside coaching. Placement in matching cannot be bought.
