Five steps
Request
You describe your role, the goals, the context and practical needs. You get a reference number straight away.
Fit review
A reviewer compares your request with approved coach profiles using the factors on our standards page. The result may be several coaches, one, or none yet.
Introduction
If a coach looks right, we ask you and the coach separately. Contact details are shared only when both say yes.
Agreement
The pastor and coach, with the sponsor when there is one, agree goals, scope, fees and sharing before coaching starts.
Review
At an agreed point, the pastor and sponsor look at whether the arrangement is still serving the goals.
What we do not do
No instant results
A request goes to a person, not an automatic list.
No hidden ranking
Coaches cannot pay for placement.
No surprise contact
No one is contacted without consent.
