Privacy

What we collect

Only what you enter: your role, name, email, and your answers to the request, application or contact form. Optional questions, including church tradition and practice requirements, can be skipped. We never infer faith, gender or other personal traits from your name or browsing.

How we use it

To review your request, propose possible coaches to a human reviewer, reply to you, and arrange an introduction only when you agree. We do not sell information or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

The people who review requests. A coach sees your details only after you agree to an introduction. A board member who starts a request does not get access to a pastor’s private answers, and a sponsor sees only what the pastor, coach and sponsor agree to share.

What we measure

Anonymous counts of page actions, such as how many requests were started and submitted. These counts contain no names, emails, answers or free text.

How long we keep it

Request details are kept while a request is open and for 12 months after it closes, then personal fields are deleted and only non-identifying records remain. Coach applications that are declined are deleted after 12 months. You can ask us to delete your information sooner through the contact page.

Withdrawing

You can withdraw a request at any time with the reference and private code on your receipt, or by contacting us. Withdrawing stops review and revokes permission to share.

Security

Information travels over encrypted connections and is stored with access limited to signed-in reviewers. Notifications to reviewers carry only a reference number, never your answers.
